It was an easy walk from Onomichi Station, and the location worked well for restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing. There’s also laundry on the second floor. My room was spacious for a hotel in Japan, clean, with a good shower and a nice view. The price seemed very reasonable for what I got. Everyone I met on staff was really friendly. I stayed one night while visiting Onomichi, and I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town.

Basic rooms, but they were clean and quiet, and I slept well. The staff team was nice, and breakfast was fine. They even had English breakfast tea, woo hoo! The location is great. I’d stay again.

The location couldn’t have been more convenient, right by the bus station, train station, ferry port, and bike rentals, with great food all around. Our room was beautiful and the views were lovely. Our two-year-old had a great time watching the ferry boats go by on the water. The big soaker tub and the soaps that smelled amazing were a treat. Staff were very friendly to us and our toddler. We really enjoyed our stay.

The building is easy to get to, and the room was more spacious than rooms in Tokyo. It’s close to activities and public transport, and the price is affordable, so I’d still recommend it for convenience. I did start sneezing and getting allergy symptoms during my stay, and the room seemed a bit dusty. The shower temperature was unstable too, swinging from very hot to freezing within seconds.

We loved the cafe’s sweets and desserts, and our room was quiet, well appointed, and had comfortable beds. The river view from the window was gorgeous, and we would have stayed longer if our schedule had allowed. The staff were really pleasant and let us put our bikes together and store them in the front lobby. Being so close to the ferry was convenient for our Shimanami Kaido ride. A wonderful hotel.
