The room had plenty of space for five, with room for luggage, a separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen equipment, a stove, and a washing machine. The bed was very soft, the air was good, and the atmosphere was quiet. We had a good stay and liked it here a lot. There’s a subway nearby and a supermarket not far away, so getting around is easy, including from the airport. Check-in and checkout were both easy, excellent.
Everything was clean, tidy, and ready, and the rail station is a two-minute walk away. The little shops nearby are great, too. There’s a small place to eat opposite, a supermarket on the main road open until midnight, plus a lovely sushi place and coffee spot to explore.
The apartment is great for two, with a supermarket just a few minutes away and Showacho metro station, on the M line, also close by. There’s a washing machine, and you can borrow umbrellas when it rains. We really recommend Royal Host, a diner near the apartment. The kitchen felt a little small, and the pillows weren’t very comfortable for my taste. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much!
There’s a washing machine, and the place is near the subway, food spots, and a grocery store. With four people, though, the room felt a bit tight.
The biggest snag was handling luggage delivery. There’s no reception, and the service usually wants a Japanese SIM number, so we couldn’t use the hotel number when we arrived at Osaka Airport (Kansai). There’s a Yamato luggage delivery place about a 20 minute walk away. We were traveling with our 11 month old, and the one bedroom studio worked really well for us and my wife. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having laundry facilities was a big help. The rooms looked nice and were clean, with roomy twin beds and an extra mattress in the shelf. The host answered quickly through the booking site and WhatsApp, and the self check-in and check-out instructions were clear. Showacho is a good neighborhood, and the subway station is under a five minute walk. Since my wife is allergic to shellfish, we were nervous about eating at Japanese restaurants. Life supermarket was close, with lots of easy Japanese and Japanese-Western dishes we could buy using Google Translate. We had a great stay at AFP Tennoji Apartment and would probably choose AFP Tennoji Apt again if we come back to Osaka.
