Being right by the Daikokucho Station exit made getting around so easy. The Midosuji and Yotsubashi lines are there, and Namba or Shinsaibashi are just one or two stops away. The room was small but spotless, with a very comfortable Cloud-fit bed and a huge TV that supports screen mirroring. Check-in at the kiosks took hardly any time, and the staff were welcoming and professional. A modern, clean hotel in a great spot, and good value too.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the beds and toilet were excellent. The rooms are large by Japanese standards. Family Mart is nearby, and Namba is just one subway stop away. Breakfast is mostly Japanese food with little choice, so you could skip it. Otherwise, a great hotel close to the city center.

Daikokucho station is right outside, about 20 feet from Exit 3, with easy train connections to popular places. Lawson and Family Mart are close by, along with lots of restaurants and coffee shops, including a 24-hour Sukiya. The room was a little small, but comfortable and clean. It had a great shower and tub, and the in-room WiFi was strong. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated being able to crack the window open for fresh air.

The service, facilities, and amenities were all OK. Still, they should have staff with basic English skills. Not every traveler speaks Japanese, and staff are there to help their guests.

The room and location were very good, but breakfast was the same throughout my six-day stay, and I started feeling sick of it. There were only three meals to choose from, nothing else. The girl working in the kitchen was so rude and didn’t respect customers.
