There are several Apartment 11 properties nearby, and this is just one of them. The neighborhood felt peaceful and pleasant, with convenience stores close by and Kuromon Market nearby. Namba City and Namba Station are about a straightforward 15-minute walk to the left of the apartment. Entry to the building is secured with a PIN, then there’s a lift up to the apartment. It’s very much managed like a hotel. Extra supplies such as toilet rolls, tissues, trash bags, and an iron are available in the lift lobby. The bed was roomy for the two of us, and the toilet’s dryer made it easy to dry laundry. There’s also a balcony. The accommodation tax is paid separately by credit card. One tip: LUUP scooters and e-bikes are an easy way to get around Osaka, and there are plenty around. Download the app.

The room was spacious and clean, with updated appliances that made laundry and especially drying clothes quicker and easier. The station takes a bit of a walk, but the place is surrounded by things to explore. It’s a great spot away from the busy main stretch.

We spent four days here as a family of four and had a lovely stay. The apartment was close to Kuromon Market, and having a stove meant we could bring back fresh groceries and cook. The washroom was small but worked fine, with several ways to dry clothes and ventilate the space. Wardrobe room was limited, which was a bit challenging, but the in-room washing machine was great. We’d stay again.

ETA: I stayed at the Namba/Ebisucho location. After our first night, I had to write this: the price and location aren’t worth it. The room smells awful, like greasy fish, and I’m sure the smell has gotten into our luggage and clothes. Air from the AC smells like sweat. The beds and pillows are brutally hard, the bedding is flimsy, and there’s no soundproofing, so street noise comes straight in. Having a washing machine doesn’t make up for it. 0/10, wouldn’t recommend.

The rooms were much larger than I expected, and the photos don’t really show how spacious, modern, clean, and nicely designed they are. Self check-in was smooth: scan the barcode at the entrance, complete the online check-in, and the rest is easy. I had a fantastic stay at Apartment Hotel 11 and would definitely come back. It’s a cozy, hassle-free place that I’d recommend.
