For two guests, I found the hotel really convenient and comfortable, so I'm not sure why it only gets a three-star rating. They provided toiletries, towels, and sleeping clothes, which meant I barely had to unpack much from my bag. I really enjoyed my stay and was glad I'd booked it for my last few days in Osaka. I'd planned to spend that time at USJ and Kaiyukan and wandering around Umeda.

The girl at the desk gave us such nice service. She didn't speak English, but she still made us feel warm and welcome at the hotel. I'll book this place again next time I visit Osaka. Greetings from México 🇲🇽🌮

It's not very noisy, even though you can see the railway beside the room window. The place is clean and close to the train station, with a conbini nearby that makes finding food easy. Breakfast is available, and you pay on the spot.

The Urbanty was clean, comfortable, affordable, and in an excellent location. I had a great first night of the two I planned to stay. But I hadn't checked the policies properly, and when I returned after midnight on the second night, the shutters were closed. I couldn't get in and had to find somewhere to wait until the hotel reopened in the morning. I don't blame the hotel, since this is stated in the policies. The language barrier may have made it hard for them to explain it clearly, but I wanted other guests to know so they don't end up out on the streets of Osaka at 2am like I did.
