The hotel itself was okay and the location was good, but the staff and service were awful. The male foreign staff member at the front was especially bad. I don't know why they spoke so rudely to me during casual conversations as a guest. I wouldn't recommend it.

We expected smaller rooms, so the extra space was a nice surprise. The hotel is central, the location is good, and the service was good. The rooms were clean and the bathroom had what we needed. The bed, though, was horrible and really uncomfortable. For one night it was manageable, but we could hear everything around us and got less sleep than we'd wanted.

The room smelled nice and was clean. You can ask for housekeeping by leaving your room details at reception each morning, and the toilet and shower are separate. The bed was a little springy, but after walking more than 15,000 steps a day, it didn't bother me much. I’d seen comments calling it a love hotel and mentioning business there, but it didn't affect me, and I didn't hear anything from my room during my three nights. I stayed in the first week of April, during cherry blossom season, when prices were sky high. We got a room for just over $70 a night, which felt cheap for that time and location. Nipponbashi Station is a three-minute walk, Kuromon Market five minutes, and Dotonbori ten. If you're visiting Osaka in a peak period and want a more budget-friendly option, this place works well given where it is.

There are plenty of similar places in this area with better service, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The woman at the front desk started yelling at me for no reason. I had to warn her and ask twice before she finally calmed down. I don't know what was going on, or if she treats foreigners this way.
