Doutonbori Crystal Hotel IV

My room was noticeably more spacious than rooms in most other hotels I've stayed at in Japan, which made things more comfortable. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with enough choice to get the day started. The location is excellent too, just a short walk from Dotonbori, so sightseeing, shopping and finding local food were easy.

The hotel felt peaceful and quiet even though Dotonbori, Namba, local restaurants and shops are all close by. That made the location hard to beat. The staff were fantastic, always warm and helpful with a smile, and breakfast had a good spread with a nice range of options. I slept really well after long days out. The rooms are very comfortable, with excellent mattresses, and the bathroom has strong hot water and a nice tub for relaxing. A great balance of comfort, convenience and service. I'd recommend it to solo travelers or couples visiting Osaka.

We only stayed one night at Crystal Hotel iv, but found the staff very kind and the room clean and practical. It was tiny, as is common with Japanese hotels, but worked fine for us. The hotel's well placed for reaching most Osaka attractions, and Dotonbori is just steps away, handy for exploring and trying street food at the popular market. I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was a little tight for two suitcases, though still just enough space for travelers. It was clean, with a big comfortable bed, and the location was great. It did get a bit noisy at night.
