We stayed four nights and would come back. The rooms were clean and the beds really comfortable, and the bathroom was clean too. The hair products were all high quality. There are lots of good restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it’s walking distance to the market in a safe neighborhood. Staff were extremely helpful and kind, and you can get free coffee and tea at reception.

The room was comfortable and nice, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Toyama Airi (Toyama Airi), whose help made everything go smoothly. The whole team’s warm hospitality made my Osaka stay truly memorable. Thank you so much!

Lawson and Familymart are nearby, and there’s a laundry inside the building right next to Familymart. The room was clean and comfortable, with a hair dryer. Bring an international adapter, since the outlets are Japanese only, not multi-type. The staff were friendly, and free drinking water and basic amenities, including wifi, were available. It’s a few minutes’ walk from the Dontonburi main street, which is great. The downside is that the alley is a bit dirty, with some rubbish along the way.

There’s plenty of space to pack and unpack, and luggage forwarding is available. They also lend out hair straighteners and other amenities for free. The hotel is about five minutes from the busiest street in town, but in a quiet area, which is a great combination.

The room was roomy, and the hotel was close enough to the places we wanted to visit without being far out of the way. The staff were all very helpful and ready to assist. A very good place to stay in Osaka, 10/10.
