We had a great time here. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with enough room for five people. The staff were helpful and quick to respond. There’s a 7/11 downstairs, FamilyMart is a two-minute walk away, and Kuromon market is also about two minutes on foot, with a large supermarket inside the market. We got around without taxis or Grab since everything was roughly a 5-10 minute walk. There's an elevator too, in case you're wondering. Definitely recommend it.

What made our stay unforgettable was our host's kindness when we arrived exhausted after an accident. They arranged an early check-in, helped us find an orthopedic doctor for follow-up, and even sorted out transport to the airport. Their care made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and we're incredibly grateful. The apartment itself worked perfectly for our family of four. It was spacious and in a superb spot, an easy walk from Namba Station and right among the action. Dotonbori's many food options were just steps away, so we never had to worry about finding something to eat. We also appreciated the steady hot water, even when several people were using it. We can't recommend the host and apartment enough. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful family stay. The place was really clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to the metro. There's also a 7-11 near the apartment.

The host replied quickly to our messages, and even let us leave our luggage with them after checkout. There are two comfortable-sized beds, air conditioning, and a washing machine that came in handy. The train line is nearby, with amazing food even closer.

Getting around from here was easy. The room was great for our family to rest after long days exploring Osaka, and it was clean with all the basic things we needed.
