Eslead Hotel Osaka Nipponbashi

Having a washer and dryer in the room made a two-week stay much easier, and the kitchen was well equipped with an electric burner, kettle, microwave, and more. I also liked that the toilet and bathroom were separate. For what we paid, this is easily among the three best hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere. The location was excellent too: two minutes to the train station, five to Shinsekai, and around a 20-minute walk to Dotonbori. There’s a 7 Eleven and Lawson right next door for snacks or anything you need.

We only stayed two nights, after being moved here because eslead hotel namba south I was overbooked. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, and the place looked beautiful and very new. Self check-in was fairly easy, though we had a bit of trouble working out how to open and close the room door. The room had everything we needed, including cutlery, and we could pick up extra amenities from the lobby. Shops, restaurants, and transport are all close by. We had a really good stay and would come back. It seems like a good choice for families or anyone wanting a traditional Japanese living experience.

We stayed as a family for 11 days and felt right at home. The room was absolutely clean and had everything we needed. Since we were doing laundry to save luggage space, we asked for extra hangers and were able to get them. I’d definitely recommend it for families with kids, too, with Ebisucho Station so close. 🫶

The hotel is fairly new and sits in a great area, close to Nipponbashi’s electronics and gaming district, Namba, and some lively Osaka nightlife. Check-in and the rest are DIY, but staff replied to messages promptly. We enjoyed our stay.
