GUEST HOUSE SORA - Hostel

The room was cute and clean, the location was good, and the price was low. It could be a great place to stay if the check-in goes smoothly. The process was complicated. After booking online, you're supposed to get a separate email from the management company and enter personal details for every guest online by the day before. Management then has to confirm the email before sending the check-in instructions and auto-lock number. In my case, that first email didn't arrive until the day I was checking in, which made things difficult. I was also uneasy about having to enter detailed personal information for everyone in a guesthouse where many different people stay. And I couldn't tell who was managing the place. There were two contact numbers on the booking site and another at the property. After a problem, I called all of them: one person said it wasn't their property, and another told me to contact management directly. The setup was confusing, and I think there may have been some misunderstandings.

It's inexpensive and fine for three or four people, and the room is small but new. Finding the place at night is hard 😅. The stairs are steep, so carrying lots of luggage is a challenge ❗

Unpleasant.
