Senlax Inn Osaka

The apartment’s location made shopping easy, with Shinsaibashi right nearby and a 7-11 next door for snacks. Inside, there’s plenty of space, much more than in a typical hotel room, and the bed, sofa, and bathroom were all very clean. It’s fully self-service, with passwords for everything, so we had lots of privacy and didn’t need to speak to anyone. A comfortable, convenient place for our Osaka stay!

We felt cheated because the Agoda photos showed a bathtub, but the room we got had none. My partner booked it, and this wasn’t a case of us choosing the wrong room. If Agoda displayed the wrong photos, that’s something you need to sort out with them. The toilet also wasn’t separate like in other places in Japan, and there was no chair in the shower room for sitting while bathing. We chose this place because we thought it had a bathtub, and the price was very high, even more than a hotel. The twin beds weren’t disclosed to us either, and the Agoda photos weren’t of the room we were given. I didn’t like the room at all.

The owner is very responsive and puts in the effort to keep everything working properly. The apartment is great, and the room and toilets are surprisingly huge for downtown Shinsaibashi. It’s in an excellent Osaka location.

This is my fifth stay here, and it has met my expectations every time. The location is great, and the owner provides excellent service.
