&Here OSAKA NAMBA

The thing to keep in mind is the noise between rooms. Outside noise was blocked, but there seemed to be no internal insulation, so we heard movement on both sides and especially upstairs. Nobody was being loud, just walking around their room, but every step came through as a thump. There's nothing you can do about it, and light sleepers may find it irritating. Our family bunk room was tiny, much smaller than the one at &Here Tokyo. Two adults and our 4-year-old managed for three nights, but it felt cramped and we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. The staff were fantastically friendly and helpful, and the location worked well for starting our busy days, with lots of food options and different train lines an easy walk away. It's otherwise great for a short pit stop.

One lovely little moment was the staff giving the children coins for the gachapon machine. They were delighted, and that gesture made the stay feel special. The lobby had a warm, pleasant feel, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room worked comfortably for our group of four or five, though it can hold up to six. We had a lovely family stay.

We loved &Here Osaka Namba and it's our favourite place we stayed, 10/10. The rooftop was beautiful, with amazing views, and there are vending machines and laundry. It was great with kids, and our room had a big fridge with a freezer. The modern, spacious room had comfy beds, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, close to everything. We'll stay here again on our next trip to Japan, highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and clean, with everything our family of four needed. Staff were wonderful and kind, and helped us with our suitcases and other things. It's close to Dotonbori, a train station, and plenty of restaurants and shops, including Kuromon market. We'd definitely come back if we visit Osaka again. Highly recommended.
