Hopetree Osaka Grand

I was traveling alone for a week and booked a standard double room. The hotel is self service, with a password entry and online check-in to get the locker code and room key. From Teradacho Station I used the North Exit, and the hotel is to the left, about a 5 to 8 minute walk, I think. The room was clean and felt roomy, though maybe that was because I was by myself. The toilet and shower are separate, the room power isn’t activated by a card, and the TV has YouTube and local channels. I would’ve liked more hooks for hanging clothes while showering. They only clean the room if you hang the sign outside before 10 a.m. I didn’t see a laundry shop nearby. Around Teradacho Station there’s Doutor, 7-11, Don Quijote behind the station, a Taiyaki shop, and a drugstore near Don Quijote. To the right as you leave the station are McDonald’s, Torikizoku, Sukiya or Yoshinoya, Family Mart, and a bubble tea shop. There’s also a 7-11 across from HOPETREE OSAKA GRAND hotel. Seems like a good pick if you want a quieter neighborhood. Sorry for the long review, hope it helps from a solo traveler’s perspective!
