The apartment was new and clean, built in 2022, and reasonably priced for two people. It would probably be very cramped for three adults. The beds were thick and comfortable, and there’s a kitchenette, AC, heater, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and cable TV. After washing clothes, we used the shower vent to dry them, with the provided pins and hangers. The management was thoughtful and efficient. Japan’s air is drier than Honolulu’s, so a humidifier helped; we found one at Daiso. Walking from the station was gritty but interesting. Two supermarkets nearby were fun to browse for Japanese products, and there are lots of Korean food spots down the alleys by the station. We stayed at Zeniths house and Olivia’s place right next door, so finding this Shinkous Apartment was easy. For a late November visit, bring a warm puffer jacket and gloves for chilly evenings. A friend is coming soon, and I’d recommend the place. Order the steak option from Dominos pizza, it was delicious and smoky. I didn’t like the seafood, which tasted fishy. I’ll stay here again.

The sleeping and relaxing area is thoughtfully designed. The apartment seems to have been built in 2023 and feels very modern. The bathroom has automatic heating and filling, along with air circulation. The layout is a bit small but makes efficient use of the space, and for the price it was a good deal. I’d book it again.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment, especially on rainy days when going out didn’t appeal. It’s less than a five-minute walk from the subway and close to a convenience store. Inside, there’s a gas stove, microwave, oven, washing machine, and a balcony with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the street. The shower and toilet are separate, too.

The place was clean and tidy, with enough room for a small gathering or a trip. Getting around was convenient, and there were pharmacies and convenience stores nearby.

We had a very pleasant five-night stay, and the value for money was amazing. The room wasn’t big, but it had everything we needed, including kitchen appliances, a washing machine, household supplies, tea bags, and cups. The partitioned layout gave couples and friends some privacy. The decor was simple and cozy, and the place was clean. The nearest subway station was a three-minute walk away, with convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants close by. The price was affordable, and I’d recommend staying here.
