Hotel androoms Osaka Hommachi

The biggest room they had worked for our family of four, and the rooms were generally clean. I did spot black mold on the windows and walls in one room, though, and the floors, walls, and ceilings could use a proper cleaning. The kids' evening space was wonderful for my little ones, and we really enjoyed the sodas. The staff were excellent and the service was great. There are plenty of good food options nearby, and Hommachi station is an 8-10 minute walk away.

The room had a fridge and electric kettle, and there was a shared microwave in the corridor. We really needed those. It wasn't large, but it was cozy and comfortable, everything worked, and it was clean. I liked absolutely everything.

The hotel is in a quieter part of town and not too far from the train station. We stayed three nights on the top floor, level 7, and every night a loud banging noise woke the whole family. It came at random, roughly once an hour. If you stay here, maybe try to avoid the top floor. Apart from that, the hotel was fine.

The complimentary warm soba in the evening was comforting after a tiring day of sightseeing, and the service was good. The hotel is in a great, accessible location, within a manageable walk of the train station. Rooms are generally small but clean and comfortable, with basics like a fridge, television, cups, and towels. One evening I asked reception for an extra pillow to support my back, but they couldn't provide one. I think requests like that should be assessed case by case, though perhaps supplying extra pillows isn't their policy. The hotel is fairly basic and couldn't handle that special request, so the customer service doesn't feel fully flexible.
