I booked two nights and asked for a non-smoking room, but was put in a smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. The room itself was small, basic, and dirty. I’d had enough after one night and cancelled the second. Worst experience. DO NOT BOOK WITH LIVE MAX.

After a day out in the city, this was a comfortable, clean place to come back and crash, and it was very budget-friendly. The rooms are a decent size and the hotel has its own character. A big thanks to the daytime and evening managers, who made things easy and memorable for us with our child. We’d happily stay here again.

Dust was everywhere, and nothing seemed to have been cleaned. I also found the previous guest’s hair in the shower and on the bathroom wall, plus women’s hair on the hairdryer handle and inside its container. It was disgusting. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the building was poorly insulated. I got sick on the first day, which ruined my whole vacation. A disgraceful place. Don’t waste your money.

The location is good, and they put a microwave in the room for heating food.

We had a last-minute problem with our AirBnB, and the staff were able to help us out. The place kind of reminded me of a Motel 8 in the States, so you get what you pay for. The bed was cozy, though the shower pressure was low.
