Hotel Noah Resort Sakuranomiya - Adults Only

The food included with our booking was some of the best we’ve had in Japan. We’d love to come back, so don’t miss this place if you’re staying in Osaka. Our room was huge, spotless, and had everything we needed. The hot tub, lighting, music, and bed were all great. Service was discreet, friendly, and fast, and we really enjoyed our stay.

I left early in the morning, even though I could have stayed until midnight. The place was filthy: mold covered the bathroom walls, and this was easily the worst service I’ve had at any hotel or love hotel. Seriously, they need to stop. I planned to use it as a business hotel, and checked before booking that I could come and go freely. After checking in, I was getting ready to leave and realized I hadn’t been given a key. The front desk told me to leave 10,000 yen in cash. I had no cash, so I offered to pay the room charge by card first, but they refused. I couldn’t go out. Unacceptable. There were only two bath towels for two people, just one each for a long stay. There was no door or shelf to receive deliveries, so drinks were handed directly to me. It felt inconsiderate. Breakfast was included in my plan, but apparently I had to order it the day before. They refused my 5 am order, and nobody had explained the rule beforehand.

The staff are really helpful, and the food is both generous and good quality for the price. Even if you pay for it separately, there’s so much that it still feels cheap. Rooms are clean and the rates are low. Besides the welcome drink, each person gets a drink and a snack. If you don’t want the food and drinks, you can get a discount on the hotel rate. That might only be a temporary offer, so check first.

The early start to the 13-hour service window is a big plus, and I’ll definitely return. My partner thought the place was amazing too. This was my first stay, in Room 411. The good reviews had made me curious, and it turned out even better than I expected. The room was roomy, clean, and quiet. One free food item is included for both overnight stays and breaks, with plenty to choose from. I used to go regularly to another hotel, but I’m switching to this one now.
