The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. They explained the cleaning days and where to find amenities, and helped me make an important phone call when I couldn't because I don't have a phone line. The clean rooms are a good size and have a fridge. There are washers and dryers, several convenience stores nearby, and a 24-hour gym close by. Dotonburi is within walking distance too. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Osaka. 👍🏻

The location is great, and breakfast is simple but good. The rooms are extremely small, though. If you have two suitcases, they won't fit.

Everyone made our last few days in Japan really nice, from the restaurant staff to the front desk. The front desk team were especially helpful, translating calls for me and explaining things so kindly. Miho san in particular was wonderful. Thank you so much.

The staff helped us send our luggage on to our next hotel, so we didn’t have to find a Yamato Transport ourselves. WBF Namba is about a 10-minute walk from Namba station, with several train lines handy for day trips. There’s a conbini nearby and a few local izakayas next door for a quick meal or drinks. The room was compact, as we expected from hotels in Japan, so that didn’t catch us off guard. We had a good stay.
