We had a lovely time relaxing with friends in the attractive common area. The hallway lights switch on as you walk, which I really liked, and the elevator made it easy to get luggage up to the third floor where the top sleeping rooms are. Watch your step, though, because some stairs are steep. It’s close to two stations, several Family Mart shops, and walkable to Dotonburi. There’s an onsen on the fourth floor. I think we left that door open, and a roach ran in. Otherwise, the place was bug-free. P.S. Bring your toothbrush!

Finding the place was simple with the clear directions, and it was very clean and well kept. Our family group appreciated the good rooms and generous living and kitchen area. The rooftop hot tub was a favorite, too. The location worked really well. Highly recommend it!

A big house that would be nice for a large family. All the facilities were superb.

The first-floor rooms are tight on space: only a top-opening suitcase fits without blocking the room for walking. And the soundproofing isn’t great, so voices from people passing by come through clearly. Still, this guesthouse has lots of Japanese style, is fantastic otherwise, and sits within a 10-minute walk of Shinsaibashi.

The room was roomy, and nearby yakiniku (grilled meat) spots and izakayas didn’t keep me awake. Shopping around Shinsaibashi is handy since it’s only a few minutes away on foot. The stairs felt a little steep.
