The location made this a great base in Osaka, just 30 seconds from Kuromon market and 5-6 minutes from Namba station. There’s also a helpful guidebook in the flat for figuring out the electronics if you don’t know Japanese. You do have to sort the trash, but the manual makes that easy. The contactless check-in was quick. The flat felt like the best place we stayed on our trip, even compared with hotels. For the price, we had a spacious, clean room with two beds, lots of storage, a kitchen and dining area, and even a small bathtub. The washing machine was especially useful, and the bathroom has a Japanese drying system: hang your clothes inside, shut the door, press the button, and let the air conditioner dry them. Thanks for the hospitality. I hope to stay here again if we’re back in Osaka.

The location, cleanliness, and space make this place easy to recommend. The flat is spacious by Japan standards, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom has handy settings for hot or cold air to dry clothes. Check-in went smoothly for us, despite the concerns I’d read in earlier reviews. The elevator is useful with luggage. We also took the stairs, which seemed fine to us and better than many stairs we’ve seen elsewhere in Asia. The one difference from the photos was that there was no plant in our room.

Kuromon market is close by, and the flat was very clean and a good size for Japan. It had everything we needed. Check-in was simple, and customer support responded quickly and responsibly.

I booked through Agoda, and the support team was candid, responsive, and straightforward. They delivered what they said they would and didn’t promise things they couldn’t provide.

This was an absolute nightmare, and I’d tell anyone wanting to enjoy Osaka to stay away. The steep staircase is the only photo that matched the place, and it felt dangerous. Service was awful and no help at all. We had to leave.
