There’s a coin laundry inside, but it only takes 100-yen coins. A full wash and dry costs about 500 yen, so save those coins if you plan to do laundry. We also added the prepaid breakfast, arranged with two nearby restaurants. If traditional Japanese breakfasts or sandwiches aren’t your thing for the first meal of the day, you might want to skip it. We used the vouchers for the traditional option and had no regrets. A Yamato Transport service center is a two-minute walk away if you want to forward your luggage after your stay. The hotel is well located, with two train lines about a 10-minute walk away, and the room is comfortable with a separate shower and toilet.

The rooms were clean and a decent size, and it was handy to have a coin washer and dryer on a longer trip. Breakfast is available at outside options, either a Western-style café or a Japanese one. The location is great, close to Osaka Castle, with easy metro access to the rest of the city.

I spent a week here and never had a problem. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were excellent, and staff were lovely. I rarely saw them because the lobby wasn’t on the first floor, but they left free water after each cleaning. The stations were a few minutes farther away on foot than I’d hoped. Still, being so close to Osaka Castle more than made up for it.

The room was new and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and new too. There’s a 7 Eleven or Family Mart across the road, plenty of restaurants nearby, and Osaka Castle is walkable. The location is super convenient. We paid a lot per night for a suite. The receptionist seemed to understand English, but it turned out they didn’t. When the washing machine broke in our room, water went all over the place. I called reception, and the younger staff responded quickly and were extremely helpful. They tried to clean up and fix the problem, but nothing was offered to make up for the accident. On my last day, I asked to take one of the bags they delivered each day with water bottles and towels to hold my wet clothes, but they refused.
