The staff at Mitsui Garden Osaka Premier were so kind, and the reception team all spoke English fluently. Before our trip to Japan, I emailed to ask whether we'd have a city view without frosted glass, and they replied quickly. We had accidentally booked a smoking room, but when we asked on our second day, with five nights still to go, they moved us to a smoke-free floor at no extra charge and even transferred our bags. There's a regular free shuttle to the train station, and we could bring our suitcases on it. Our twin room was lovely, and the amenities were great, although more laundry machines would be useful. The room was cleaned every day, so it was nice to return to a made bed and a tidy space. We also lost one of our keycards by mistake and weren't charged a penalty. An amazing first stay in Japan. We'll definitely return, and we're grateful for the wonderful stay and kind staff.

The room was lovely, and those sunrises were such a nice way to wake up. I didn't have time to try the amenities, but I'd come back for them and to see the staff again. Rio and the front desk team were wonderful. I needed help finding a local doctor, and they patiently took the time to help me work it out. I really appreciated how kind and supportive they were.

We booked two rooms for our family, and both were clean, comfortable, and kept in good condition. The river and city views were beautiful, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. The location was excellent. We didn't try breakfast or the restaurant, so I can't speak to the food. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to families visiting Osaka.

The Premier-floor lounge is the main perk, with free drinks in the evening and snacks available all day. The rooms are modern and comfortable, though a little small, and the public bath is well equipped but on the small side too. The location is convenient.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a big choice of fresh, tasty food and something for everyone. We looked forward to it each morning. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful the whole time, and the hotel is in a great location. Our room was comfortable too. We had a wonderful stay at Mitsui Garden hotel Osaka and would happily recommend it.
