The price was hard to beat, and there’s good food all around. Daiso, Donquiote, a 711, and a Lawsons are nearby, with the shops within 200m. Shinseki and the tower are about 100m away. We were there over a weekend, and the main road noise was quite loud in the evening, though the good points outweighed that downside. It’s a new, secure apartment with a coded entry for both the building and room. There’s an elevator, and a balcony overlooking the main street. The room was the biggest we had in Osaka, with two double beds, a stove, large fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine. It’d work especially well for a longer stay or a larger group. The staff were very friendly and stored our cases before check-in and even after checkout, before we left for the airport. You do need to take your rubbish to a room downstairs before leaving.

There were plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby, and several train stations made it easy to get around. The staff brought my luggage up to the room after I left it with them. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. The room was large, with a big bed and lots of pillows. It was very clean, had a balcony, and came fully equipped. The keypad entry made getting in and out easy, so I didn’t need to carry a keycard. I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

This new apartment hotel is a short distance from Namba, and Dobutsuen-Mae station is about a five-minute walk away. Mega Don Quijote is there too. Shinsekai is right beside the hotel, with plenty of places to eat, a 24-hour duty-free shop, and Tsutenkaku Tower. The main road can be noisy, so light sleepers may want to consider that. It didn’t bother us after our 20,000-plus daily steps and late nights. Everything is self-service, including check-in and housekeeping. Towels, tea, and slippers are available on the ground floor, and there’s a lift for luggage. The rooms were clean and new, and while they weren’t huge, the four of us had enough floor space for our suitcases and shopping. We enjoyed our stay, and the location suited us well.

The beds were comfortable, and having a washing machine was a big bonus. Everything was spotless, and since it only opened in April 2025, the amenities are all brand new and working perfectly. A very comfortable, high-quality stay that’s worth booking. Five stars!
