After driving 1,000 km, I got here at 12:30 a.m. and found out there was no parking, even though I'd called an hour before arriving and was told it was available. The three front desk staff were rude and didn't deal with the problem, so I had to look around for parking by myself.

The bath was nice, and the building seemed alright to me despite reviews calling it old. What holds it back is the location. A metro station is nearby, but there's not much else around, and you'll need trains to reach Umeda or Nanba.

The staff were really good, and there was free coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was good too. For directions, use Exit 1 from awasa, about a two-minute walk away. If you're carrying big luggage, Exit 4 has an elevator on the way to Hotel Route inn, and use Exit 3 for the return.

Right by the metro station, and the staff were kind and helpful.

The breakfast here is great. Just be aware that the nearby station has no elevators.
