The place is clean and the service is excellent, with a great base for sightseeing. It’s a pity there’s only one bathroom, especially since we were staying as a group of six...

There was enough space for our family, and having a tatami room made the stay even nicer. It was also really good value. Being right by Kuromon Market and close to the station made it so convenient to pick up food.

We were five people, but there were six beds. The living room was spacious, with a sofa big enough for several people, which was great. It felt like a good deal, and nothing in particular bothered me, though the toilet had a slight smell. The bathroom has the toilet to the left of the sink and a bathtub to the right, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied. Laundry detergent and a washing machine were available too. We went in April and it felt a little cold. The station is about a five-minute walk. It’s a Japanese-style place, so don’t expect to open a suitcase in the living room?

The odd smell in the bathroom was the main downside, and the old bed pad kept coming apart. Still, I liked that every room had air conditioning, there were lots of everyday slippers, and spare blankets were in the closet. The bath was deeper than I expected. There was plenty of toilet paper and tissues, plus laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I could wash clothes and cook, and there was room by the balcony to hang laundry, with wall hangers too, so I didn’t need to bring a line or hangers. It was spacious enough to lay out my suitcase, which I appreciated since it wasn’t a hotel. I was in a rush and didn’t manage to take any photos. ㅠㅜ
