Hotel She, Osaka

I stayed for about four nights in April 2026. The hotel and staff were excellent, helpful, and kind, and they knew English. My room was clean. It's about a 15-minute walk to the nearest station and five minutes to the nearest konbini. I was stressed about getting my luggage back to Tokyo, but the staff helped arrange delivery and made the whole process seamless.

Breakfast was great, and there are several convenience stores nearby, including 7-11 and Family Mart. Subway and JR lines are about a 10-minute walk away. The rooms aren't big, but mine was well-appointed. A very nice hotel with really friendly staff.

It’s a calm spot, well away from the bustle of places like Namba and Umeda. The staff were warm and happy to help, and we really liked the atmosphere. There’s a shared kitchen on the ground floor and coin laundry on the second. Bentencho station is a couple of blocks away, about a 10-15 minute walk, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying big suitcases.

We spent seven nights here and slept really well. The hotel is away from busy Osaka, so nights were peaceful and quiet. We also found plenty of little-known local restaurants nearby, with better food for the price than places in the city center. After a few days, we chose to seek out neighborhood spots instead of queueing at well-known restaurants downtown. The staff we met were all so welcoming and kind, and the stay was great value. We’d happily stay here again on another Osaka trip.
