Smile Hotel Shinosaka

We stayed three nights and would happily come back. It was quiet, the A/C and internet both worked well, and robes were available on every floor. The location made getting around easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also arranged to send our cases from the hotel to Kyoto. Thanks to everyone.

There are three elevators, so we never had to wait in the morning. The hotel feels new, with modern, friendly service, and it made my stay better than at other hotels I've tried. Pajamas are available on each floor, and fresh towels arrive daily without needing to ask. Our room stayed quiet even though it was beside a gas station and street, and we didn't hear noise from other rooms. Super markets and convenience stores are close by.

We booked here for most of May and would consider staying again when we're in Osaka. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful, and having laundry on site was a plus. It's a short walk from Shin-Osaka for JR and Shinkhansen, as well as Nishinakajima-Minamikata Subway Station on the Midosuji Line.

Our room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh-smelling linens and a bed we slept well in. It was compact, as were the bathroom, but both were well-kept, which is what you'd expect from a business hotel. We stayed one night on October 12, 2025, and had a pleasant time at Smile Hotel Shin-Osaka. Check-in was easy and quick, and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The station is about a 12-minute walk away. Along the way there are several cafés and restaurants, plus convenience stores nearby, including a Lawson about two minutes away and a FamilyMart a block from the hotel. We'd recommend it to travelers wanting an affordable, clean, convenient place near Shin-Osaka Station.
