We booked room 102 for four nights on an educational trip to Osaka. It was spacious, almost like an apato, with a washing machine and a way to dry clothes in the bathroom. There was kitchen equipment too, enough to make a simple breakfast. I did hear footsteps from the room upstairs every night, but I still had a wonderful stay. P.S. We were really grateful they let us check in early at 12 pm, even though the usual time was 4 pm.

The owner is really nice and replies straight away. There are train and underground stations nearby, which is handy. The room was clean, had everything necessary, and the air-conditioning worked well.

I was very satisfied and found it suitable for staying several days. The room was comfortable and had heating, a washing machine, and useful toiletries, including toothpaste, a toothbrush, facial cleanser, and laundry detergent. It's very close to the MRT station.

There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was very quiet at night. The room itself was small, but it had a fridge, washing machine, and microwave. I was satisfied apart from the number of homeless people in the neighborhood, so I'd avoid heading back too late. 👍

The staff got back to me quickly and were polite and helpful, even after first giving me the wrong room number. The room was bright, clean, spacious, and stocked with the essentials. I also appreciated the very cold air conditioning, large bathtub, and washing machine, especially for a longer stay. Wi-Fi was free, which helped since my data plan wasn't unlimited. The price was incredibly low, and I was very satisfied.
