The rooms were clean, and they did a thorough clean every day between 10 am and 3 pm. The hotel is very close to Nipponbahsi station. Though most of the staff couldn't really speak English or Chinese, they were friendly and helpful. The room wasn't big, but the price was affordable and the stay was comfortable. It exceeded what I expected, and I'd stay here again if I return to the area. Arigato, Super Hotel for the wonderful stay!! 🙏🏻

I appreciated how much the staff did to arrange luggage transport to my next stop. The welcome bar ran every evening from 2-8 pm and included alcohol, which was generous. They also provided free toiletries, pillows, and pajamas. The nearby train station made getting around easy. There were plenty of clean laundry machines, and breakfast was good quality with lots of variety. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

The included breakfast was a highlight for my family, especially the freshly baked bread and pastries. We also loved the welcome bar. My mum had fun mixing cocktails with the free drinks, and it was handy to get tea from the lobby anytime. The staff were friendly, responsive, and looked after us well. With the station, shops, and restaurants close by, the location was very convenient. We had a great stay and highly recommend Super Hotel.

You can bring your own food to have while making cocktails at the open bar, which runs from 2 pm to 9 pm. It's a great extra.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Dotonbori and Namba station, with direct airport access from the station. It's a typical small, budget Japanese hotel, but it had everything we needed. Breakfast was free and included Japanese dishes and a selection of breads. The shower head felt refreshing. I'd stay again.
