I spent seven nights here and really enjoyed the stay. The location was very convenient, the room was clean, and the mini bar was great. Breakfast in the morning was good quality, and the staff were warm and friendly. They recognized my Bonvoy platinum status for breakfast, but the hotel was too full to offer any room upgrades. I’ll be back next time I’m in Osaka.

This easily ranks among my top three hotel stays. From the moment we arrived, the place felt luxurious and carefully designed. Even the elevator area smelled lovely. Around ten staff members welcomed us, and they took our luggage to the room while we checked in. The reception view was stunning, and all the rooms are on floors 30 through 38, so the panoramic view was incredible every day. Waking up to it made an observatory visit feel unnecessary. The elevator also recognized our floor when we tapped the key card, a seamless touch. Our room was huge, spotless, and had breathtaking views. They’d stocked room-temperature and cold bottled water, complimentary Osaka candies, Nespresso coffee, tea, beer, sake, and soft drinks. The amenities were excellent, with everything we could need and more. After a day exploring Osaka, a hot bath with Japanese cypress bath salts, then a robe, sheet mask, and time to relax in bed was a perfect way to recharge. The hairdryer was the best I’ve used at a hotel in Japan, and it was a Salonia. I’ve already bookmarked the hotel and will definitely return. I’d recommend it to family and friends.

We’ve already decided this will be our go-to hotel whenever we’re back in Osaka. It was easily the best place we stayed during our whole Japan trip. Being right at Osaka Station made it so easy to get around, and the hotel connects to a shopping and dining complex full of restaurants and shops. There’s even a Starbucks on the top floor. Finding the first-floor entrance and the hotel’s dedicated elevator was a bit of an adventure at first, but once we found them, the location couldn’t be beat. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were amazing. The lobby was spacious and beautiful, and we liked the small touches, like the water station. Our room felt luxurious and was bigger than anywhere else we stayed on the trip. Thoughtful self-care items and amenities, including a hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, and hair ties, made things especially comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both were incredible, with lots of options and special items to order. One night we arrived later than planned and didn’t realize the time. The staff kept the dinner buffet open an extra 15 minutes just for us, which really stood out. We’ll absolutely stay again and hope to make it our regular Osaka hotel.

The city view was stunning. I watched the sunrise and sunset each day and was in awe every time. The location made exploring easy, with malls nearby and smooth access to public transport and the subway. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, too. I can confidently say Osaka Station Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were modern, spotless, and stocked with every toiletry you could need, so there was nothing you had to bring. I absolutely loved my stay. Beautiful, clean, modern, everything you could want. 20/10, highly recommend.
