The room felt newer and a little larger than I expected for this area, and the price was good value. I stayed seven nights at Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Nagahoridori and found everything well maintained and comfortable. Getting to Shinsaibashi-suji was an easy short walk, which made shopping and exploring convenient. There’s a McDonald’s right next door and a 24-hour Aeon nearby for food and essentials. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Good value for the price. The location was handy, with a supermarket, Family Mart and fast food nearby, plus direct access to Namba and Umeda on the blue line. The air conditioning was somewhat noisy, but this is still one of the better hotels you can expect at these rates.

The staff were super friendly, and our room was clean and bigger than some we’ve had in other Japanese cities. Rooms here aren’t large by Japan standards, though. What really worked for us was the grocery store next door, just seconds from the entrance, with lots of ready-made food. We got two meals and drinks for $5 USD, and they were good. There’s also a McDonald’s beside it with Japanese-only menu items. Several major shopping areas are within a 15 to 25 minute walk, with plenty to see along the way. I’d happily stay here again.

We booked early and had breakfast included. It was nice to have, but I wouldn’t pay the full extra price for it. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the staff were very nice. It’s also right by a metro station with several routes across Osaka. I’d stay here again if I return to the city.

The rooms are small, but very clean and affordable, and the staff are really friendly. It’s a great spot, close to dotonbori and metro lines that reach all around Osaka.
