We were made to feel welcome every time, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The bathrooms were thoughtfully designed and stayed neat and clean, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the nightwear was super comfy. Our room was a little small but manageable, though more wardrobe or storage space would have been fantastic. Getting around was easy: the hotel is one or two stops from Osaka’s busy areas and within walking distance of three stations on different lines. There are also quite a few good food options nearby. Check-in was quick, and the staff had collected our luggage from the Tokyo transfer and left it ready in the room, which was fantastic. Extra amenities needed to be requested, but the staff explained that at check-in and prepared what we asked for. A fantastic experience.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were great. I only wish there’d been bath salts for the tub. Otherwise, everything was there, including a water dispenser on our floor. Breakfast was good too, and the location puts you within reach of everything while still being in a quieter part of Osaka. The service was the best I’ve had at any hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. From questions before booking right through checkout, they replied quickly and gave thorough answers. This was one of our most memorable stays in Japan, and I’ll definitely come back.

There are lots of restaurants near the hotel, and Higobashi Station is close by. If you’re heading for Shinsaibashiand Namba, the transfer between the railway lines is a bit of a walk. The breakfast buffet was mostly Western style, which wasn’t my preference since I like Japanese breakfasts more. The hotel is new, clean, and tidy, with excellent, helpful service. Highly recommended.

There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, plus a convenience store right across the street. At least two subway stations are within a ten-minute walk, making it easy to get to Umeda or Namba. The neighbourhood also felt exceptionally clean and safe compared with other areas. I’d stay here again. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were kind and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was good quality and tasty, even though the menu barely changed. There’s just one coffee machine, so the queue can get long at busy times. We only later realized you could ask the staff for a coffee pot, which was much better 😂🥲. Motorcycles on the main road could be annoying at night. I was also disappointed that they didn’t provide bath salts or liquids for the nice bathtub. Aside from those things, everything was perfect.
