We had lots of room for our large family, and the house felt more like a real home than tourist lodging. The owner communicated clearly and helpfully, so check-in and the stay went smoothly. It was only a few minutes' easy walk from the station and very convenient for Universal Studios Japan. The stairs are steep, honestly like the ones in a Doraemon house. They weren't an issue for us, but could matter with very young children, elderly relatives, or lots of luggage. It felt more like living in Japan as a local than visiting as a tourist. Great for families and groups.

The place was decent and tidy enough for my standards, and the station nearby made the location convenient. Still, the kitchen floor was peeling, and I didn't like the entrance, which was covered in stones and dirt. At night the area felt dodgy, and I didn't feel safe walking alone. Overall, it was okay.

The room was quite nice, though the bathroom tiles on the first floor were coming loose and looked unsafe. I had a little trouble finding the place from Kujo Station at first, but got there soon enough. They answered my questions on LINE so quickly, which I really appreciated. I’d be happy to stay again if I get the chance.
