There’s barely anywhere to put anything in the room. No suitcase space, no drawer for clothes, and nowhere in the bathroom for makeup or other necessities. The room itself is a decent size, but it wasn’t cleaned properly. They don’t clean during your stay, bring fresh towels to the room, or take out the trash. If you need towels or trash collection, you have to leave them in the hallway before noon. Check-in is at 15:00, check-out at 10:00, which feels too early, and breakfast only runs until 9:00 am.

The onsen was easily my favorite part. It’s really clean, open from 6 to 12am, and an easy way to fit in an onsen visit without spending extra time, money, or effort when your trip is already packed. If you’re shy and want it quieter, I’d go early in the morning. The hotel’s in a convenient spot, with a Lawson inside or right next to it. My room was clean, though a bit small, which is what I expected in Japan. The price was fantastic, the receptionists were friendly, and housekeeping left clean towels each morning.

I slept really well on the soft, comfortable bed. Having a little table and chair in the room was handy for meals, too. They also let me leave my luggage there before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful. I was happy with my stay and would come back.

The large public bath was clean and a nice place to unwind after a long day. My room was tidy, well equipped, and had a comfortable bed. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently close to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price felt like good value. Highly recommend!!!

I felt the front desk staff showed clear racial bias. With foreign guests, especially visitors from certain countries, it seemed more subtle, but I could still see it in their attitude and how little patience they had during conversations. To me, it pointed to a strong underlying prejudice.
