We stayed on the second floor, where the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. The building owner was quick to respond about check-in and checkout, and all the essentials were provided. Shin-Imamiya is nearby, with several stations around, making it easy to reach places like Dotonbori, Osaka castle, the Aquarium, Universal studios, Teamlab nighttime botanica garden, and the observatory. Shinsekai is next door too.

The station is very close, and you can walk to Shinsekai too. The rooms are tiny and there's no elevator, so I'd avoid bringing large luggage.

We were in rooms 301, 302, and 303. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms, and the price was reasonable. It's close to tourist spots, so getting around was convenient. The floor space was a little tight, which made walking around somewhat difficult.
