The staff were super kind and gentle, and the public bath was quite large, though it didn’t have many amenities. The food was a big letdown at both dinner and breakfast. Some things were too dry or too salty. The room, elevators and carpet all look pretty old and could use some renovation. It felt a bit too expensive overall.

The hot spring itself was godly, but the outdoor bath felt closed in. There was no view at all, and I couldn’t even see the sky. The meal was just so-so, not as good as at other hotels.
