The hosts were wonderful, and this is a pet-friendly hotel. Their English wasn't very strong, but they got a language translator. 😏

The home-cooked meals are delicious and feel good for you, and the homemade plum wine is exquisite. Be sure to enjoy every plum! The inn has a clean, comforting atmosphere that feels nostalgic, and the loving owner and family make the whole stay special. The reception lady was warm and chatty, and made the place feel relaxing from the start. The mascot dogs are adorable, too, and even though it's dog friendly, everything is incredibly clean and carefully kept. I've been to Hakuba several times and only wish I'd found this place sooner. I'm glad I found such a wonderful inn. I'd love to tell people close to me about it, even if that might make reservations harder to get. I'll definitely come back. Thank you!

This was my third stay at this dog-friendly inn, and it still feels like a 10-star place. The four adorable mascot dogs greet you, and everyone is so kind and loves dogs. The inn is spotless. They even provide paw wipes and dog supplies for after walks, and the slopes right in front make morning and evening walks easy. There's a bath, the rooms are clean, and the food is amazing. They use plenty of the owner's home-grown vegetables, and every meal is delicious. 😊💕😆
