fami THE GREEN OTARU

The room was quiet, had plenty of space to unpack, and the shower was great. I loved the fruity shower gel 😄. Check-in worked fine once we figured out that the full name was required and that there was a space bar between first and last name on the keyboard. Checking out was even easier: just use the machine, and it suggests grabbing a cup of coffee, which I did. The location was great, close to the arcade and a shortcut to the train station. Lawson is nearby and open 24 hours, and it was easy to walk everywhere. My stay was good, no problems at all.

It took about 20 minutes to check in because the machine couldn't recognize my name. I had to wait for a staff member to arrive and help me complete it through the machine. Once settled, the room was spacious and clean, there's free coffee, and the location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from Otaru station.

We had a comfortable, clean room with the basic amenities. Noise does carry, though, so it isn't soundproof. There are no hotel parking spaces. Nearby Times parking and local lots are available for a fee. Restaurants around here close quite early, and the few standing bars, sushi places, and Yakitori stalls get crowded and don't have seats.

We booked a quadruple room, which was clean and roomy, with a large table in the middle for eating and gathering. The soundproofing wasn't great. Check-in and checkout were automated, and we didn't see any staff during the stay. The convenience store is only a few steps away.
