The lounge has complimentary coffee, sweets, and other useful items, and my questions on Booking.com got quick replies. Staff also greet me warmly whenever I head out for the day 🥰 I could hear people talking in other rooms while I was in the corridor, and sometimes there was street noise, though very few cars pass through this rural area. The hotel door was a little awkward to open.

Just a five-minute walk from the station, with Daiso close by. The staff were friendly, and the hotel itself was lovely, clean, and comfortable.

The room was a pleasant surprise. After seeing the outside, I expected a fairly ordinary motel, but the newly renovated room felt like it could belong in an upscale city hotel. Staff were kind and helpful, including with foreign guests. Each room had its own Wi-Fi, and the front desk staff gladly provided plenty of amenities.

We only stayed one night, but it was a great visit. Mami-san at the front desk was so kind and pointed out places to go in Ozu. The room was clean and comfortable, and there’s a coin laundry on the fourth floor. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

The room is small, as is typical for a Japanese hotel, and the reception desk was good. There are two bikes guests can use for free, plus complimentary coffee downstairs. The tap water is safe to drink, or you can boil it. Combs and razors are at the front desk for you to pick up if needed.
