The room gets so hot that I sweat and can't sleep. The aircon runs automatically, and we can't turn it down to make the room cooler. 😔

The bed is comfortable and breakfast is great, and I appreciate having a little closet space. But the room floor looks really dirty and damaged, and the room itself is small. I'm meant to stay here another 10 months for work, and I don't know how I'll manage in such a small room that long. I asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking one. Smoke also comes through the walls from other rooms. There are separate smoking and non-smoking floors, so I don't know why the laundry is on a smoking floor. The staff are friendly.

Fine for a night or two. The room and bathroom are very small, but everything is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The price was hard to beat, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were amazing. I'd give it six stars if I could!

Getting to Tokyo and Yokohama by public transport is easy from here. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were great.
