It has a melancholic feel, maybe, but this charming old hotel is very clean, the staff are kind, and breakfast is great. It used to be a love hotel, so staying here gives you a glimpse of what Japan was like 20-30 years ago. I couldn't recommend it more.

A little dated, but that adds to the charm of this lovely small hotel. Very clean and the service is excellent.

The building is old, but clean and spacious, with a huge bath and super nice staff. Perfect.

It's a very old hotel, but surprisingly well equipped. Recommended.

Great if you're visiting for Sagamiko Illumillion, and the lake is nearby too.
