The location is handy, with a 7-Eleven right across from the hotel, Mister Donut within walking distance, and Kamimizo Station nearby. It's in a quiet part of Sagamihara, and the hotel is clean. The rooms are typical Japanese style, small and compact but fine for resting and sleeping. The unit bathroom is clean, though it might feel cramped for larger guests. The staff are great. Their English isn't strong, but they always use a translator to help. I'd love to see one well-trained English-speaking staff member added. Breakfast doesn't have much variety, but it's enough to get the day started. Overall, a very good hotel. I hope to see you again. Arigatou gozaimasu.

The breakfast man was lovely, and the staff were nice enough, but we've had much better for less money. The rooms are very, very small, and the bed was so uncomfortable.

As an Indian, I've had a pleasant experience here. The hotel is in a prime location in sagamihara and has all the amenities, including a microwave, which I don't generally find in other good hotels, plus free parking. The only downside is that the staff don't understand much English. Everything else is good.

There aren't any particularly new sightseeing spots around, but this was still a perfect place to stay. I enjoyed having the large public bath and breakfast. Thank you!
