GOOD HOTEL

The receptionist was very nice, and I really enjoyed the drink bar and manga corner on the first floor. The location on Umaimono Street is great. The rooms were clean and spacious, though the air conditioning felt a little weak.

The room was comfortable and worked fine for me. Check-in was quick after I booked online, which was different from my experience at previous hotels, though I did feel a little uneasy about it. The hotel’s close to the downtown area and very convenient. It’s far from the station, but there’s a parking lot nearby, so it’s a good fit if you’re driving. The one thing that bothered me was the cords in the room. They looked a bit like what you’d see in an ordinary house. There’s an extension cord by the bed and another by the fridge. I know the extension cords can’t be helped, but tidying them up would make the room feel neater. I hope things improve further over time.

Umaimono Street is right nearby, which made it easy to go out for dinner. The room was average, though I could hear a lot from next door. I paid 9,100 yen for a weekday night with breakfast, which felt a bit pricey. Breakfast was delicious, but rice refills cost 100 yen. They gave me a ticket for one complimentary coffee at check-in. The woman at the front desk was very nice when I checked out. Thanks for the coffee, I left in a good mood.
