The view was incredible, with lovely sunset colors and a great bird's-eye look over the station as trains came and went all day. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the station, and the room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and refreshing, high-quality amenities. Easily one of the best places I've stayed.

We had a high-level king room, with lots of space to get ready. The toilet and shower were separate, and there was a dressing area between them. There's a Lawson's on the second floor and plenty of amenities throughout the building. For the price, this hotel was great. I've paid much more elsewhere and had a less enjoyable stay. The whole place has a nice atmosphere and feels quite different from a typical Japanese hotel.

We were here for one day for the Billie Eillish concert at the saitama super arena, and the location worked out great. The staff were lovely, and we liked the room, food, bar, and chill spots. Having a Lawson there was handy, too. A woman kindly showed me how to use the steam/press machine.

We came for New Year's lunch with the family and were very satisfied. The food at Serrano was lovely, and the service was good.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were kind, and the food was delicious. It's about a ten-minute walk from the station. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Both foreign and Japanese guests were treated with the same polite service.
