Qt HOTEL - Adults Only

The food is delicious, so I really have no complaints. I've stayed here twice, and the service is the best I've experienced. Rates are average, though sometimes they're cheaper, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. It depends on the plan, but the limited-time one came with free drinks from the vending machine at the entrance, a welcome drink with cake, one free dish from the limited-time dinner menu, and free breakfast. I haven't found anywhere else that gives you all those free extras, even just for meals.

The front desk staff were so kind. The interior, TV karaoke machine, and video players feel retro, but the bathroom and the other facilities are good.

The room was clean, the amenities were plentiful, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Still, I took off two stars because the WiFi was so weak that I couldn't watch live streams and talk at the same time. Even LINE messages stopped going through, so I had to use the regular internet connection. At least that worked. I was hoping for a stay-in kind of visit, but figuring out food whenever I got hungry was a hassle. One night I saw a flyer at the first-floor entrance for a free menu that ran until midnight. There wasn't one in my room, so I had to go downstairs to read it and ended up missing out. I gave up and called the front desk to order from the main menu. There were membership cards for sale in the room fridge for 500 yen. I asked whether buying one would get me the member's price. They said yes, but that there'd also be another 1,000 yen charge. So that's the meal, a 500 yen card, plus this unexplained 1,000 yen fee. I stayed multiple nights, and apparently that fee applies each night. Sukiya, Yoshinoya, and Lawson are all within walking distance even in the middle of the night. It was raining, though, so I drove there despite the hassle. There's an outlet and USB port by the pillow, but the charging cord I plugged in didn't charge. Also, the free menu poster was confusing about which items were free and which were paid. It'd be nice if that were clear at a glance. I understand the first item is free or discounted, and the second and later items are full price.

The room is neat and clean, but the air conditioning barely works. It's a commercial unit with a wall-mounted remote, yet the room stays humid and won't cool down. Even at the highest setting, the fan is weak. That's inconvenient in summer.
