The living room is roomy, and the kitchen equipment is top notch. This was our second stay in the penthouse, and we'd come back again. Service was excellent too. I accidentally broke a coffee filter while carrying it downstairs, and they waived the charge, which I really appreciated. The bed was a letdown, though. It felt worn and was too soft, and it was double-sized rather than queen-sized. For the premium price, we'd expect a better quality bed, so I hope they consider replacing it.

The staff made us feel at home, and Saki in particular kept checking in to see how we were doing. She also helped with luggage transport advice, and she's an amazing person. The location worked perfectly for exploring Downtown Sapporo. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay such a good experience. I hope to try the lobby coffee next time, though I wish it had been available sooner. Either way, honto arigatou!

We were three people in one of the bunk bed rooms, with plenty of floor space for both sleeping and our luggage. Reception has lots of appliances and amenities available to rent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was very spacious, and the place felt clean and upscale. There's no restaurant, which some people might mind, but it's a fine boutique hotel with lots of restaurants nearby. You can rent a few items, including a coffee pourover kit and coffee beans. Stays of three nights or more come with special gifts too. 😊

A lovely, quiet and relaxing hotel, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly, and a special shout-out to Rin for sharing great music. Had a great time here.
