Room cleaning is scheduled for the third day, as stated in the terms and conditions. The bathroom was clean and had everything needed, and an amenity kit was provided regularly. My room was spacious, like other APA hotels I’ve stayed in, with a comfortable bed, work table, refrigerator, hanger, water, and coffee. There was also a TV with foreign films. Onsen, spa, and breakfast are available if you want them. The staff were accommodating. Their English was limited, but they made a real effort to help. The main issue was that the WiFi slowed down sometimes. The hotel is near the north exit of Sapporo Station and Hokkaido University, convenient for trips to and from New Chitose Airport. JR Sapporo Station and Kita Juni-jo Subway are both about a 5-10 minute walk, giving easy access to JR Lines and the Sapporo Subway. There’s an Aeon supermarket at the back, a 24/7 Family Mart on the left, a Lawson on the right, and a 7-11 below beside the entrance. It was a great stay.

We stayed from Dec. 19-26, 2025 and found the hotel excellent. Our room was very clean, and it was easy to get around from this accessible location near Sapporo Station. We tried the buffet breakfast on Christmas Day and liked it, with lots of food served. The staff were courteous and accommodating. We’ll definitely book again for our next Sapporo adventure. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here three times. The room was larger than at other APA hotels we’ve used, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, with a good variety, and there are three convenience stores nearby. The onsen was okay, though the men’s outdoor bath was being repaired. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to Sapporo station, which is convenient, but the hotel is on the north side where there isn’t much around. The front desk, especially one of the female staff members, was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, we’d have given it five stars. A nice place to stay.

There’s a 7-Eleven right next door. The room could be brighter and larger, and the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted. The hotel felt a bit far from Sapporo Station and is tucked between buildings.

The run-down facilities aren’t the main issue for me. What concerns me most is the cleaning: dust builds up in the air-conditioning vents, which raises hygiene concerns.
