The service, amenities, and location were all great. Check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful and approachable. There’s a fitness center and an onsen, with bathing available in the morning and at night, and the hotel is a short walk from a station. The room was about the size I expected in Japan. We stayed in winter, when the aircon wasn’t working, and the window wouldn’t open, so it felt a little too warm. We were out most of the day, though, so it wasn't a big issue.

The comfort double room I stayed in had dusty furniture, and the TV remote was really dirty. My friend also found a used contact lens on the desk in an old twin room last year. When I stayed in a renovated comfort twin in October 2025, things were quite okay, but the older rooms need better cleaning.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was a real highlight, with three good choices and excellent quality. It was also easy to get to convenience stores, and the main shopping area was about a 10-15 minute walk away.

Parking costs extra if you drive. I’d still recommend the hotel for its facilities: there’s a hot spring, gym, co-working space, and Thai massage. Breakfast was excellent and worth the price. The location was good too.

The room was small, a little dim, and felt warm because the windows wouldn’t open. Still, the location is handy, with Tanukikoji Shopping Street close by and both 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. There are also three restaurants at the hotel, so guests have several places to eat. I stayed at Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo last week, and while the location was a strong point, some things could be better.
