The room was spacious, clean, and set up with what I needed. I slept especially well because the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is convenient for Sapporo Station and nearby attractions, and the staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming whenever I needed help. I paid 3,300 yen for breakfast, which had a good variety. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Sapporo. I had a wonderful stay and would choose Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo again.

The public onsen was pleasant, but it was so crowded that I didn't feel comfortable there. I struggled to find much else to like, especially given how expensive our stay was. We booked the Lodge room, and it felt cramped. The bed was tiny, very hard, and too short for me at 1.75m, so my feet hung over the edge and my back hurt. There was bulky furniture that seemed unnecessary, including a giant orange chair for one person that we ended up using for luggage. More open floor space would have made it easier to walk around or open a suitcase without taking over the bed. The walls were paper thin, so we heard every little noise from the neighbors. Cleaners started at 7:30 every morning, and vacuuming and shouting outside kept waking me up.

The only thing that bothered us was the dim room lighting. Everything else worked well, from the bright, well-designed bathroom and good bedding to the helpful staff and quick check-in and check-out. The hotel is in the city center, a few minutes' walk from Sapporo train station. Breakfast was excellent, though it could get crowded around 6:30am, so allow time if you're leaving early. We'd consider coming back to Sapporo.

After a long day of travel, the clean public bath was a real treat, especially the open-air bath and hot bath. Breakfast was excellent, and our room was clean, comfortable, and efficiently arranged. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Sapporo Station and was just right for our trip. We'd stay here again next time we're in Sapporo.

I injured my wrist unexpectedly during my stay and didn't know where to get medical help. Vice Manager Shiori Kinoshita San calmly stepped in and treated the situation with real care. She helped me contact the hospital, coordinated the details, and made sure I got the attention I needed. Her willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful moment feel reassuring. I felt safe and looked after, and I'm very grateful for her support. Shiori Kinoshita made my stay far more comfortable than I expected, and I highly recommend her hospitality.
